The β-glucanase enzyme is an protein that can hydrolyze β-glucan, one of the main components fungal cell wall. This produced by several bacteria, which B. subtilis. three-dimensional (3D) structure proteins necessary to understand their properties and functions proteins. Enzyme be analyzed for function using in silico method. study aims detect gene from subtilis W3.15 analyze it methods this research are homology modeling molecular docking analyses. Modeling was carried out SWISS-MODEL server analysis PLANTS 1.1 program. based on template model with PDB code 3o5s. results sequence alignment visualization were quite good as indicated having a Ramachandran Plot value favored area 91.10 %, MolProbity score 0.95, QMEAN 0.90 ± 0.06. then docked PLANTS1.1 program native ligand B3P, 1,4-β-D-Glucan, D-glucose, β-D-Glucan oats, N-Acetyl glucosamine. showed β-glucan (β-D-glucan oats) used substrate cultivation isolate had better binding energy prediction compared B3P ligand, natural [Keywords: β-Glucan, oat, 1.1, 3D structure, SWISS-MODEL]
